This course provides practical strategies to intentionally shape and evolve a positive and engaging culture within your ensemble. In this course, you will learn to: 1) Establish a Shared Vision: Learn how to define and communicate your choir's purpose and goals, creating a clear direction for positive change. 2) Design Meaningful Experiences: Discover techniques to create rehearsals and activities that foster connection and build a strong sense of community. and 3) Lead Intentional Cultural Change: Gain practical tools to identify areas for improvement and implement effective strategies to strengthen your choir's culture over time.
