The journey toward connected, authentic performance starts with freeing the body and the breath. This sets us up for vocal ease and success but also for clear, present communication onstage. From there we connect to movement and text, engaging our imagination for performances that feel believable and fresh every time.  This class includes some gentle floorwork for releasing physical tension. You will need to bring a yoga mat.
