About me
Drew is a Pacific Northwest native who spent time in St. Louis, MO, honing his skills with the four-time Barbershop Harmony Society (BHS) championship chorus, the Ambassadors of Harmony, where he was the baritone section leader.
Drew is an experienced director, quartet and chorus singer with over 18 years experience in barbershop. In that time Drew has: directed the Pride of Portland (SAI) and Northwest Vocal Project (BHS) Choruses at the International Chorus Contest, performed with numerous quartets on all 4 parts*, medaled with HHHHHHHHHHHH in the 2011 BHS Varsity Quartet contest, instructed and coached as a member of SAI Region 13 Faculty, and built a mental library of over 150 teachable tags.
He is passionate about paying forward the gift of vocal harmony to young people, and has acted as a clinician with Harmony Explosion Northwest (barbershop summer camp) and other Youth Barbershop Workshops. Drew is currently the Artistic Director of the Pride of Portland SAI Chorus, Bass Section Leader of PDX Voices All-Voices BHS Chorus, and Baritone/Tenor of ARGONAUTS quartet.
