Paul is a multifaceted presenter. In his 9 years on faculty at HU, he has taught/coached singing, music, performance, directing concepts and chapter growth. In one session with Paul you will get to see first hand his passion for helping others and his ability to address enormously complex topics with elegantly simple solutions. By way of example, he is the creator of Supercharging Your Chapter approach to growing singing groups which has a 100% success rate; the creator of Wavebox Singing, the holistic approach to musicality which has had over 15 groups win most improved (some multiple times consecutively); and is the creator of The Performance Sphere, the holistic approach to performance which was unveiled last year to rave reviews. As a result, Paul is a highly sought after coach in all categories.

Paul also sang in a 5 man contemporary a cappella group that earned $500k during their tenure together, was a harmony Sweepstakes National Finalist, was given a contract to be on Season 2 of The Sing Off, has made it through two rounds of America’s Got Talent, has done shows with The Nylons and members of Rockapella, is a sought after public speaker and emcee, is one of only five recipients in History of the Glenn Van Tassell Award which is given to the District Champion member who has exemplified what it means to be a champion among champions (and the first time that the award had been bestowed upon an entire quartet) and is in the Pioneer District Hall of Fame.
