About me
James Williams has been making music his whole life, starting young on piano, singing, and playing trumpet. Using that trumpet he joined the University Marching Band while earning a thoroughly un-musical Computer Science degree at Brigham Young University.
In Barbershop, he joined “The Society” at age 12, singing with his Dad in the Tualatin Valley Harmony Masters, and has been a member ever since. Competing with multiple choruses and quartets, James is a regular figure in Evergreen District events and has occasionally graced the International stage. He currently serves as an Assistant Director for Northwest Sound Men’s Chorus, and as a board member for A ‘Capella Northwest.
