About me
A "lifer" barbershopper (since 1986), I have done many things, in both the admin & the musical side of Sweet Adelines, but I have settled into my music driven roles. I am currently the director of Peace Arch Chorus, a small but MIGHTY group of singers in the lower mainland area, Region 26. I am also an Asst. Director and PROUD member of Lions Gate Chorus, 2024 International Champions (that is STILL a mindblowing thing to say)!!! I am the tenor of the mixed quartet Wild Applause - my first foray into mixed barbershop and I love it! I am a MUSIC NERD and proud of it - I will talk music theory all day! I've discovered that if I ever need quiet time to myself, i just start yammering about diminished chords and inverted triads and I have successfully cleared the room :-) In my "other" life, I am an admin for an engineering company and my hobbies include all things fabric and needlework, especially quilting.
